Coordinate with the customer business teams to build new functionality when required and set reasonable expectations with customers
Should be able to help facilitate, lead or co-lead all Unemployment Insurance business processes discussion with the State's team
Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Should have good team skills and should be able to collaborate across multiple departments/units to assist in understanding the Unemployment Insurance business process in detail
