5+ years expM. Elle Design is looking for a professional, organized Senior Designer to join their close-knit team. The Senior Designer will aid in the design and execution of clients’ projects, support the Creative Director, and manage day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities
Liaising with Creative Director concerning project details and deliverables
Liaising with client, contractor and architect regarding project status updates and deliverables
Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables such as construction schedules and ensure all deadlines are being met
Assisting Creative Director in the preparation of client presentations and site meetings by putting design concepts together and making sure all pertinent project documents, plans, samples, and imagery are organized and available. Also needs to be able to run the client site and design meetings independently
Working with, managing, and overseeing assistant designer with duties such as obtaining vendor quotes, drafting and presenting client proposals, creating purchase orders and executing and tracking of said purchase orders
Tracking and reporting project progress ensuring all deadlines are being met
Running project job installations
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Excel, InDesign, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Design Manager (or similar) software
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Experience managing $1M+ project budgets
Ability to travel both locally and out of city/state for jobsite visits and project installations
A passionate and experienced designer with a minimum of 5 years experience
Experienced in all aspects of the architectural practice, from design to construction
Possesses a good understanding of finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and décor
A creative problem solver with exceptional communication skills
Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working on multiple projects
Good attitude and team player
