Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble clinical and commercial products in accordance with established procedures
Operate production and laboratory equipment safely and efficiently
Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials to ensure proper ingredients and quantities for batch production
Prepare solutions, powders, and liquids to meet batch specifications
Assist with in-process testing to confirm batches meet quality and performance specifications
Validate processes and equipment related to filtration, cleaning, and sterilization
Safely remove and dispose of waste chemicals, solvents, and acids following regulatory and safety guidelines
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues associated with manufacturing and scientific operations
Provide training support for onboarding and implementation of new procedures
Support lead technicians and supervisors as needed
Recommend and implement continuous improvement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times
Follow all safety, housekeeping, and operational policies and procedures
Work overtime as required to meet business needs
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment
Associate's degree in a scientific field may be considered in place of experience
Strong teamwork and communication skills
High attention to detail
Effective time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in English, including the ability to read, write, and interpret charts and diagrams
Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
