Responsibilities
Conduct routine physical, chemical, and mechanical testing of prototypes and components
Operate laboratory equipment and instruments, including measurements of dimensions, temperature, pressure, and flow
Prepare samples and test setups according to established protocols
Record, analyze, and document test data, generating clear and accurate reports
Maintain laboratory equipment, including calibration and cleanliness
Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and safety procedures
Generate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new testing configurations and train others on proper operation as needed
Support documentation related to design verification and validation activities
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., biology, chemistry, engineering) or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a laboratory or testing environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
