Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs for staff to enhance teaching, leadership, and professional growth
Manage learning management systems
Develop leadership initiatives
Design and maintain instructional and curriculum materials
Foster continuous professional learning across the district
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with district goals and student success outcomes
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management systems
Proficiency in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
Experience in Leadership Development and knowledge of best practices in a school or educational context
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess and enhance program effectiveness
Proven track record in managing professional development programs or initiatives
Preferred
Master's degree in Education, Training, or a related field
K-12 education experience
