Responsibilities
Oversee the commissioning of components, systems, and solutions on site
Plan and coordinate required commissioning activities
Prepare reports and documentation of commissioning results
Analyze system behavior and the interaction of individual system elements
Execute system handover and provide briefings to customer personnel
Perform system optimizations (e.g., configuration and settings adjustments)
Contribute as a test engineer for acceptance, routine, and type testing
Determine, specify, or support the selection of required test equipment
Provide functional leadership to commissioning staff, as applicable
Control commissioning tasks and/or provide on-site supervisory guidance
Contribute to and deliver business processes or technical solutions in a self-managed, goal-oriented manner
Support team results through independent execution of assigned responsibilities
Analyze, develop, test, and implement processes, technologies, and systems within area of expertise
Work toward short- to medium-term targets (milestone-driven), with progress monitored
Provide functional guidance and integrate services of operational staff or junior team members
Considers processes and outputs generated across other workflows and disciplines
Works within varying conditions and environments to contribute effectively to team outcomes
Applies strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve issues of varying complexity and scope
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (or related field)
5+ years experience in system commissioning, testing, and handover
Hands-on experience with on-site commissioning and system optimization
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
