They are seeking an FP&A Manager who will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support financial health and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities
Provide insightful, data-driven financial analysis to identify opportunities for margin improvement, cost optimization, and revenue growth
Establish KPIs and financial dashboards to measure performance and drive accountability across business units
Conduct variance analysis, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives
Assist with acquisition diligence and integration as applicable
Lead variance analysis, cost modeling, pricing strategy development, and financial risk assessments
Optimize gross margins and operational costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvements
Conduct deep-dive financial analyses to support strategic decision-making, scenario planning, and market trend evaluations
Partner with the CFO to oversee the company’s long-term financial planning and annual budgeting processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field required
3-5 years of FP&A, consulting, corporate finance, or analytical finance experience
Good understanding of gross margin management preferably in a distribution environment
Strong financial modeling, forecasting and business analytics experience
Experience with ERP systems, BI tools and financial modeling software
Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, Power Query)
Preferred
Experience in food distribution, wholesale, CPG, logistics, or high-volume operations strongly preferred
