Responsibilities
Manage mass tort and environmental matters from early investigation through resolution
Draft high-level pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
Take ownership of discovery and motion practice
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Work closely with partners, experts, and litigation support teams
Communicate directly with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel
Qualification
Required
Manage mass tort and environmental matters from early investigation through resolution
Draft high-level pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda

Exceptional legal research and writing
Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
Comfort handling complex, document-intensive litigation
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
A genuine interest in plaintiff-side work that has real-world consequences
