Sales Team Shadowing – Learn directly from experienced sales professionals
Account Research – Help identify new and inactive accounts
Product Knowledge – Understand the materials and industry
Solution-Based Selling – You’ll actually get to sell plastic!
Mentorship – Regular coaching from senior reps and sales managers
Ad Hoc Projects – Contribute to the team with meaningful projects
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Must be a Junior or Senior undergraduate student)
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented
Professional Phone Etiquette & Customer Service Skills
Outgoing Personality – Ability to build and maintain relationships
Must be available to work Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, during the semester
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
