Responsibilities
Assisting clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage explanations
Advocating for clients by asking the right questions to understand their needs
Resolving client issues using our carrier resources and internal tools
Recommending suitable solutions once licensed
Supporting a team-based environment focused on exceeding expectations
Participating in our merit-based performance culture
Completing special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge to assist clients effectively
Passion for helping clients find solutions that meet their needs
Strong commitment to accuracy and protecting clients from risk
