Qualification
Required
5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
Fluent Spanish
Deep knowledge of Texas court procedures
Detail-obsessed, deadline-driven, and cool under pressure
A team player who can also fly solo when needed
Preferred
Paralegal certification preferred
Tech-savvy with tools like Relativity, Trial Director, CaseMap, and MS Office
