People Coordinator

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end interview scheduling across roles, time zones, and interview formats
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication
Coordinate interview logistics, including calendars, interviewer preparation, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and related tracking systems
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes moving efficiently
Support onboarding coordination and people operations workflows as needed
Create and maintain process documentation, templates, and checklists
Monitor inboxes, calendars, and scheduling tools with urgency and attention to detail
Anticipate issues and proactively resolve scheduling or coordination challenges
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a related role
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, or similar) and calendar tools
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume scheduling with accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Comfortable operating independently with minimal oversight
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Candidate-first mindset with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness
