Credentialing Specialist
Pride Health is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Staff Credentialing Specialist to support credentialing processes for physicians and allied health professionals. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain high data accuracy, and support committee operations within the medical staff office.

Responsibilities
Enforce regulatory compliance and ensure quality assurance throughout credentialing
Process applications for new providers and reappointments (125–200 quarterly)
Maintain provider data in Echo database (education, licensure, experience, etc.)
Prepare materials for Credentialing Committee, MEC, and Board of Trustees
Track and manage license and certification expirations
Set up and maintain accurate provider profiles and documentation
Attend and take minutes for site-based medical staff meetings as needed
Collect and process medical staff dues
Ensure confidentiality and legal compliance at all times
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated knowledge of the credentialing process (non-insurance)
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent computer proficiency and database experience (Echo preferred)
Able to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders
High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
