Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional growth strategy aligned with corporate revenue and market-expansion goals
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across targeted verticals such as education, healthcare, hospitality, food service, government, and extensive commercial facilities
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, from initial prospecting through contract execution
Lead consultative sales engagements, including discovery, product demonstrations, trials, and commercial negotiations
Clearly articulate CleanBoss Pro’s differentiated value proposition, including performance, safety, sustainability, and total cost-of-ownership benefits
Secure new “logo” accounts while laying the groundwork for long-term, expandable customer relationships, and guide customers on the onboarding process
Work collaboratively with janitorial distributors, manufacturer reps, and strategic partners to drive regional penetration
Engage with building tenants, cleaning contractors, and facility service providers as both customers and influencers in the purchasing decision
Represent CleanBoss Pro at industry events, trade shows, and customer forums within the region
Partner closely with customer acquisition marketing, product, operations, and customer success teams to support onboarding, retention, and account expansion
Provide structured market feedback to inform product development, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution
Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline forecasts, and activity reporting
Deliver regular updates to the Chief Commercial Officer on regional performance, risks, and growth opportunities

Required

3+ years of progressive B2B sales or business development experience within commercial, institutional, or industrial markets
Demonstrated success closing complex, consultative sales with multiple decision makers
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-directed, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in a field-based, growth-stage environment
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region

Preferred

Candidates with direct industry experience in one or more of the following environments are strongly preferred:
Commercial janitorial sales within distribution, including national, regional, or independent Jan/San distributors
Business development or sales leadership for a cleaning chemical or solutions manufacturer serving professional or institutional markets
Business development or commercial leadership for a contract cleaning or facilities services company, with exposure to end-user procurement and operational decision making
Experience navigating distributor-contractor-end user selling dynamics and understanding professional cleaning workflows is a significant advantage
