$20/hr - $23/hrAPCO Signs is seeking a Sign Planning Project Manager to support the sales of their products by coordinating sign planning projects from inception to shipment. The role involves computer entry of message schedules, creation of sign location plans, and collaboration with various departments to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities
Computer entry of message schedules using Excel or Wayfindit program
Creation of Sign Location Plans using Adobe Illustrator or Wayfindit program
Review Request for Proposal and assist with preparation of pricing quotes, assist production personnel with questions about orders
Assist APCO territory managers with requests for Planning and Documentation
Occasional travel to conduct site visits with customers. Typically, 3-4 times per year but could be more depending on quantity of projects
Work closely with Production, VP Design, Installation Manager, Estimating, Sales Support, Accounting and the Graphic Planning departments
Become familiar with all the government codes relating to signage
Maintain familiarity with APCO product line
Research local sign ordinances and permitting requirements (project specific)
Other such duties as may be required to meet objective

Computer Programs used: FileMaker Pro 5, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Illustrator, Wayfindit
Valid Driver's License - Good driving record required

Prior experience reviewing construction data, including reading architectural drawings and specifications
