Responsibilities
Manage recruiting process for high volume requisitions that primarily leverage Hirevue
Ensure requisitions are structured, posted, and managed in alignment with Swire and Hirevue best practices and compliance standards
Monitor candidate flow, interview completion rates, and hiring timelines to ensure an efficient process
Deliver a positive, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the Hirevue process
Support candidates through the digital interview process, addressing questions or technical concerns as needed
Ensure timely follow-up and clear communication at all stages of the hiring process
Identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to hiring technology, workflows, and TA best practices
Qualification
Required
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor degree preferred or 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR preferred
Hands-on experience managing requisitions using Hirevue or similar digital interviewing platforms helpful
Experience recruiting for hourly, early-career, or high-volume roles preferred
Experience working with applicant tracking systems (Workday, iCIMS, or similar) preferred
