Responsibilities
Analyze and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns for accuracy and compliance
Ensure all deductions, credits, and tax liabilities are calculated correctly
Stay updated with federal, state, and local tax laws and communicate changes to the team
Ensure all tax documents comply with current tax regulations and policies
Provide guidance and support to junior tax staff and interns
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information or clarify discrepancies
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Maintain accurate and organized records of all reviewed tax returns
Prepare and present reports to the Tax Manager/Partner on review findings and improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
Master's of Accountancy or CPA Eligibility required
CPA certification required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and review
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
