Block Sales/Account Manager

Del Zotto Products of Florida LLC. is a leading manufacturer specializing in precast concrete solutions for the construction industry. They are seeking an experienced Block Sales/Account Manager to drive sales of concrete block and precast concrete products while building strong relationships with contractors and developers in the Ocala area.

Wholesale Building Materials

Responsibilities

Develop new business and grow existing accounts within Ocala and surrounding areas
Promote and sell Del Zotto’s concrete block, precast products, and related tools/equipment
Skilled in prospecting, qualifying leads, and engaging potential customers to generate new business opportunities
Skilled at developing and maintaining strong customer relationships built on trust and respect, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors
Prepare accurate quotes, pricing, and proposals
Coordinate with operations and logistics for timely order fulfillment
Track sales, forecast opportunities, and report results to management
Frequent local travel to job sites is required, with occasional travel outside the area as needed
Strong knowledge of the local market and customer needs, with the ability to provide effective, tailored solutions
Takes a proactive approach to managing daily activities, maximizing productivity and maintaining focus even in a dynamic environment
Oversee the full sales cycle; from identifying and qualifying leads to negotiating, closing deals, coordinating order delivery, and providing post sale follow-up

Required

5+ years of outside sales experience in construction materials or related industries
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and results-driven with proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
Valid/Clean driver's license and ability to travel within Ocala and surrounding areas

Preferred

Knowledge of concrete block, precast products, and construction processes is preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
