As a Rotomold Inspector, you will inspect large-scale commercial and military rotationally molded parts to strict standards in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities
Perform inspections of molded parts, purchased parts, and finished products according to defined criteria using standard physical and mechanical measurements
Evaluate mold integrity and cleanliness based on part defects
Accurately document inspection and testing results
Maintain controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner
Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation and calibration
Assist in performing and updating inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists
Assist in defining Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) characteristics
Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for corrective actions
Work closely with production management to provide feedback regarding inspection accuracy and procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work in extreme heat for 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Manual dexterity required - must be able to stand, kneel, squat, reach, push, pull, climb, and use hand tools without restriction
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
Required to work in outdoor and non-climate-controlled industrial environments
Must have good English written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required
Working knowledge of basic measurement instruments required
Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings required
Preferred
2 years of QA/QC experience preferred but not required
Experience with rotomold or plastic molding processes preferred
Forklift certification preferred
