Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate multiple commercial and salesdriven projects, ensuring timelines, requirements, and deliverables are met
Serve as the primary escalation point for project issues, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Mentor, guide, and support project team members to ensure consistent workflows, best practices, and balanced workloads
Oversee and optimize project management systems and software, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and timely updates
Facilitate project communication through meetings, reporting, and stakeholder updates
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to leadership, clients, and internal teams
Ensure projects meet or exceed quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct and/or oversee site visits to collect and document project requirements accurately
Develop, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, permits, and reports
Manage project closeout activities, including final documentation, customer handoff, and lessonslearned reviews
Collaborate with leadership to improve project management processes, tools, and efficiencies
Participate in hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling of project team members
Provide advanced administrative and project support as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
4 to 6 years of professional project management experience, including managing complex or highvolume projects
Demonstrated experience leading projects and mentoring or guiding team members
Strong organizational, timemanagement, and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business or a related field
Experience supporting salesdriven or commercial projects
Prior leadership or team lead experience
Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus!
