Provide high-quality client service and maintain regular communication
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Independently manage and prioritize an open caseload
Utilize electronic document management and case management systems efficiently
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation defense
Strong work ethic and ability to manage cases independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to provide prompt and professional client responses
Comfortable working in a fully paperless environment with strong computer skills
Willingness to travel to WCAB offices throughout Southern California when required
