Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input from assigned OSP engineers
Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments: Sales, OSP Engineering, Network Program Management, Operations, etc
Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
Track project changes and producing updated schedules
Track budget
Gather and report performance measurement of ongoing progress
Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams
Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis
Qualification
Required
Understanding of Outside Plant (OSP) engineering and/or construction or experience in the field
Background in project management in a field related to civil, environmental, or utility construction
Ability to clearly articulate expectations and drive success
Organization and the ability to multi-task is a must
Experience with Microsoft Office suites
Experience with AutoCAD and/or Visio
