Responsibilities
Maintain high-quality publishing standards to ensure accurate and timely distribution of PDF content across internal and external platforms
Conduct technical data checks to ensure all publishing efforts align with established quality controls and procedures
Support site maintenance activities, including updates and troubleshooting, as required
Investigate and resolve content and platform-related issues, coordinating timely solutions to maintain operational efficiency
Author web content using established best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals
Contribute to global marketing and distribution objectives by performing additional responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of experience in advertising or marketing, preferably within or supporting a financial services organization
Demonstrated expertise in digital publishing practices and procedures, with a willingness to adapt processes to evolving business needs
Proficiency in automated project management workflows and content management systems; experience with Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet multiple deadlines consistently
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels
Positive, collaborative, and flexible team player who can work independently or as part of a group
Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and the capacity to handle escalated situations effectively
