Responsibilities
Overseeing projects from start to finish, coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring quality standards are met
Acting as the main point of contact for customers during active projects, ensuring clear communication and a strong overall experience
Coordinating materials and occasionally picking up supplies as needed
Managing crews in the field, keeping projects on schedule, and making decisions as situations arise
Conducting scheduled sales appointments and helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency, workflow, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management
Sales experience or strong sales instincts
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Organized and reliable
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Ability to work independently in the field
English fluency
Candidates must live in Palm Beach County or Martin County
Eligible and authorized to work legally in the United States
Preferred
Spanish fluency is strongly preferred but not required
Experience in project management, preferably in construction, landscaping, home services, or a related field
