Responsibilities
Conduct internal agency reviews and audit records, files, and other documents related to Coalition departments
Monitor all School Readiness providers in accordance with ss. 1002.82 and 1002.88, F.S., and applicable grant agreement requirements to verify that prescribed standards are met using monitoring tools adopted by the Division of Early Learning
Monitor programmatic and financial activities of sub-recipients to ensure proper stewardship of funds and achievement of performance goals and scope of work requirements
Conduct monitoring activities to identify program training needs
Organize and manage monitoring schedules to ensure completion of required on-site reviews by fiscal year end
Prepare reports and develop tracking and monitoring tools using Microsoft Excel to measure both quantitative and qualitative program outcomes
Provide technical assistance and guidance to ensure consistent implementation and proper program management
Follow up on non-compliance issues in accordance with established policies and procedures
The use of an ELC issued laptop and cell phone to be used during scheduled work hours only
30% or more travel will be required if needed

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field required; emphasis on research, auditing, compliance, or data analysis preferred
Auditing Experience plus Knowledge of State Applicable Regulatory Rules and Regulations
Must be willing to travel all areas, as needed, within the South Florida areas to perform required tasks and provide own reliable transportation
Requires a valid Florida Driver's License, a good driving record and automobile insurance, as required by the Early Learning Coalition driving policy
