Responsibilities
Train directly under high‑performing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
Learn real sales strategies through hands-on coaching
Make and receive calls from warm leads from multiple referral sources
Learn how to navigate our CRM and loan origination systems
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance incentives
Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, team-focused environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of inside sales, service, military, or commission-based experience
Outgoing, competitive, and people-oriented
Strong communicator (phone, written, and in-person)
Motivated by money, growth, and performance incentives
Thrives in a high-energy, high-expectation environment
A self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding after training
Organized, proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused
