LHH is an AM LAW-ranked law firm seeking to hire an experienced employment counsel attorney to join their team on a fully remote basis. The role involves handling class action litigation, assessing risks, and collaborating with the national trial team on various legal matters.

Responsibilities

Play a key role in class action litigation, evaluating potential matters and helping shape the firm’s case intake and litigation strategy

Handle analytical work, issue spotting, and assessing risk and viability across complex legal claims

You will partner with the national trial team to conduct the fact investigation and exposure assessment for class, collective, and representative actions

You will also be responsible for corporate disclosures, drafting answers and initial disclosures in various jurisdictions

Analyzing potential for removal, including damages calculation under the Class Action Fairness Act and preparing removal documents

Prepare a full evaluation of the needs of the firm's client

Required

JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing

5+ years of experience in class action litigation, complex litigation, or related practice areas

Strong analytical, research, and legal writing skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a national team
