They are seeking a Hybrid Customer Service Representative to work in a call center environment, servicing auto loans and assisting customers with inquiries regarding their accounts.

Responsibilities
Typical day - finance loans, servicing auto loans, speaking to customers and insurance companies
Customers could want to know their balance, they could want to make a payment, or know their statement information
Questions could be about titles, claims, and total loss
Typical day - calls per day range from 40-60 calls per day
Qualification
Required
Availability from 8am-8pm with a day shift of 8-5
Ability to work one Saturday (9am-1pm) per month
Experience in a call center environment
Ability to handle 40-60 calls per day
Familiarity with finance loans and servicing auto loans
Ability to communicate with customers and insurance companies
Knowledge of customer inquiries regarding balance, payments, statement information, titles, claims, and total loss
