Deliver friendly, professional service to patients and visitors
Perform accurate patient registrations for hospital services
Maintain integrity in patient demographics, insurance, and guarantor data
Manage incoming calls, mail, and patient portal inquiries
Support regulatory compliance, including EMTALA guidelines
Collaborate with ancillary departments for seamless patient care
Qualification
Required
A minimum of three years related business and/or customer service experience, preferably in a hospital, medical or physician office
Proficiency in CPSI registration with a 95% accuracy rate
Ability to read and verify physician orders with patients
Experience collecting and verifying insurance information
Strong communication skills with a focus on patient satisfaction
