This entry-level role focuses on accurate data processing, document review, and workflow coordination to ensure smooth and compliant loan operations.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Perform data entry and validation
Initiate third‑party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
Review and verify loan documents
Handle routine inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Monitor and manage work queues
Complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office
First mortgage industry experience required
Loan Processing and/or Underwriting
Knowledge of Federal, State & Local regulations
Familiarity with Encompass LOS
Strong typing, organizational, and analytical skills
