This role involves diagnosing and resolving routine technical issues for retail stores, ensuring prompt resolution of customer calls.

Responsibilities
Provide effective, live, Level 1 support for In-Store Operators
Taking roughly 15-30 inbound calls a day regarding technical related issues
Remotely diagnose and resolve routine problems including proprietary software, hardware and peripheral equipment
Follow up with customers to ensure calls are resolved and closed promptly
Handle the 'Tech 911' call for all domestic and international issues for the stores
Support clients, printers, digital signage and basic network troubleshooting
