Responsibilities
Design and implement modernization projects that simplify and automate complex tasks across PCS and SSS
Integrate AI and automation tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and workflow transparency
Facilitate strong collaboration and communication across divisions and stakeholder groups
Build trust, resolve conflicts, and encourage alignment to support successful project implementation
Use behavioral strategies to encourage adoption of new processes and technologies
Promote continuous improvement, accountability, and momentum across teams
Develop clear, actionable project plans with measurable milestones and deliverables
Monitor project progress and adjust strategies to meet deadlines and quality standards
Track key performance indicators such as stakeholder satisfaction, cycle-time reduction, efficiency improvements, and compliance adherence
Report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and provide recommendations for improvement
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI and automation projects that span multiple divisions
Standardize project management practices, including templates, schedules, risk logs, and reporting structures
Conduct process analyses to identify automation and efficiency opportunities
Collaborate effectively with IT, operations, strategy, and business teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment
Develop change management and adoption strategies to ensure successful rollout of new tools and processes
Ensure all projects comply with data governance, security requirements, and ethical AI standards
Prepare and deliver transparent progress updates to the Senior Advisor and COO
Maintain accountability for achieving project objectives on schedule and with high quality
Mentor interns and early-career professionals, supporting technical and professional development within the project team
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management, particularly in modernization initiatives
Strong understanding of AI and automation tools
Proven ability to facilitate collaboration and communication across divisions
Experience in building trust and resolving conflicts within teams
Ability to develop clear, actionable project plans with measurable milestones
Experience in monitoring project progress and adjusting strategies accordingly
Ability to track key performance indicators and report outcomes to senior leadership
Experience in leading planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple divisions
Knowledge of project management practices, including templates, schedules, and reporting structures
Experience in conducting process analyses to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
