Responsibilities
Manage the IBM Maximo Application Suite environment, including installation, configuration, and upgrades on Red Hat OpenShift
Monitor AppPoint usage to ensure compliance and cost-efficiency
Administer user access, security groups, and data permissions
Oversee system integrations via the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
Manages functional improvements, trouble shooting, enhancements, and expansions of the Maximo system from the perspective of an expert in the design, capabilities, and functionality of Maximo software
Responsible for the defining and managing scope of work, schedule, and budget to successfully execute the Maximo roadmap
Instrumental in creation and execution of the Maximo roadmap that would include envisioning and planning for future functionality as well as phased activity to provide / improve current functionality
Provide technical direction and recommendations for infrastructure hardware/software and related technologies
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and Linux administration
Proficiency in SQL (DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server) and Python/Java for automation scripting
Experience with Maximo customizations, start centers, workflow and other aspects of Maximo EAM technology
Well organized project management skills; ability to partner with customers and hardware/software partners
Proficient with managing and prioritizing multiple projects
Proven leadership ability to motivate and distribute tasks to co-workers in a team-oriented environment
Knowledge of system development lifecycle process, documentation and requirements
Preferred
7 years of hands-on experience with Maximo skills version 7.0, 7.5, 7.6
Strong knowledge and experience in server, network and application performance monitoring, problem resolution, planning and execution
Certification in IBM Maximo Manage v8.x Administration
Experience with automation scripting
Experience with JAVA, Oracle, and other DBMS systems
Experience in data migration
Experience authoring technical documents and manuals
