Responsibilities
Coordinate on-site remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of endpoint security vulnerabilities
Lead the design, implementation, and rollout of dashboards to provide visibility into remediation progress and compliance
Partner with campus teams and technical staff to align remediation workflows with established security standards and requirements
Collect, analyze, and report data to campus leadership to ensure transparency, track outcomes, and drive informed decision-making
Supervise, schedule, and coordinate TOC staff assignments, including frontline, backline, and satellite locations
Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to TOC employees, supporting professional growth and alignment with Service Desk expectations
Monitor daily operations to ensure coverage, responsiveness, and high-quality customer service

Help desk support experience
Troubleshooting skills
Customer service skills
Experience in coordinating on-site remediation efforts
Experience in leading the design and implementation of dashboards
Ability to partner with campus teams and technical staff
Experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data
Supervisory experience
Experience in scheduling and coordinating staff assignments
Coaching and mentoring skills
