The Procurement Operations Specialist will oversee inventory management across all PS locations, develop cost control practices, and collaborate with various teams to enhance procurement processes.

Responsibilities

Create inventory management processes for PS properties
Develop standard processes and ensure compliance across the PS system (forecasting, contract management & documentation)
Collaborate with Finance Department on budgeting & invoicing processes
Work cross functional with operational departments to improve inventory management
Partner with the Director of Hospitality standards & Procurement to increase the KPI visibility for leadership around purchasing and inventory trends
Assist with all procurement systems set up for the new PS locations
Work with the local teams developing SOPs
Manage off-site storage sites
Support the operational team with daily needs
Perform other related duties and projects assigned

Required

2-4 years in Inventory management related experience in the Hospitality or Retail industries
Proven record to have created or enhanced an inventory management process
Organization, collaborative, analytical, problem solver, etc
