Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls related to existing homeowner claims
Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues
Manage escalated calls professionally
Document all interactions accurately in the claims system
Provide clear, accurate information to upset customers
Problem-solve and drive resolution every call
Qualification
Required
1–2 years Call Center experience (claims, insurance, or escalations preferred)
Thick skin & ability to handle difficult conversations
Strong customer service & communication skills
Windows PC proficiency (systems are not user-friendly)
Typing speed 35 WPM+
Working cellphone (for dual authentication)
Reliable transportation
Preferred
Insurance or mortgage experience
Auto Or Other Claims Experience
Medicaid/Medicare call center experience
