Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administration of Gong/Nexidia and related CX/Revenue Intelligence platforms
Ensure data accuracy; troubleshoot sync issues, API failures, and integration problems (e.g., Salesforce)
Build and optimize workflows, scorecards, call coaching modules, and performance dashboards
Collaborate with Revenue Ops, Support, and CX to translate business needs into platform configurations
Support onboarding, training, compliance, and user enablement through platform insights
Maintain documentation, best practices, and governance
Participate in tool evaluations, upgrades, migrations, UAT, and feature rollouts
Define KPIs to measure platform adoption and business impact

Required

2+ years managing platforms with 500+ active users
2–4 years administering SaaS tools (CX or Revenue Intelligence preferred)
Hands-on experience with Gong, NICE Nexidia, or similar tools (Observe.AI, Chorus, Verint)
Experience with Salesforce, CXone, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI)
Managing integrations between Gong/Nexidia and Salesforce
Familiarity with JIRA documentation
High School Diploma required

Preferred

Bachelor's in IT/CS/BIS preferred (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge of call transcription, sentiment analysis, QA frameworks
Experience with API/automation tools (Postman, Zapier, Workato)
Exposure to AWS (Bedrock/Connect), Agile (Scrum/Kanban), virtual environments, or network engineering
Understanding of metadata tagging, AI/ML use cases in call analytics
Preferred certifications: Gong Admin, Salesforce Admin, Gainsight NXT, Tableau/Google Analytics, ITIL Foundation, AWS Cloud Practitioner
