They are seeking a Project Engineer to lead technical programs across the full product lifecycle, focusing on mechanical design, stress analysis, and cross-functional program execution.

Responsibilities
You will create product designs capable of operating in demanding aerospace environments, including high vibration, wide temperature ranges, and exposure to fluids and contaminants
You will perform and interpret stress analyses, including gear bending and fatigue, bearing life, finite element analysis (FEA), and other dynamic and static structural evaluations
You will optimize designs using CAD and analysis tools, including tolerance stack-ups and manufacturability considerations
You will design mechanical assemblies and components, including gears and splines, sealing systems, fasteners, springs, structural load paths, electronics integration, and packaging
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and customers to develop solutions that meet technical, performance, cost, and schedule requirements
You will apply knowledge of aerospace materials and surface treatments, including wear resistance, corrosion protection, inspection methods, and environmental protection processes
You will communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers, manufacturing teams, suppliers, and customers
You will support product development planning, schedules, and technical risk management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in a high-technology or manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience using CAD tools, preferably PTC Creo or similar
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
U.S. work authorization and ability to support export-controlled programs
Preferred
Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering
Experience designing and troubleshooting electromechanical systems
Knowledge of environmental testing for aerospace or defense programs
Experience with MS Project or similar planning tools
Familiarity with Mathcad or similar engineering calculation tools
Experience with DOORS or other requirements management software
Familiarity with aerospace materials and MIL specifications
Exposure to aerospace-grade electronic circuit card design
