Business Development Lead (Fintech)
Cubist is a self-custody operating system for programmable money and tokenized assets. The Business Development Lead will manage the full commercial lifecycle for institutional fintech clients, acting as a consultative partner to drive adoption and navigate complex procurement processes.

Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of Neobanks, Wealthtech platforms, Asset Managers, and other Fintechs looking to launch or upgrade crypto custody tech
Work with prospective clients to map CubeSigner to their existing banking core and compliance stack
Focus heavily on C2F’s ability to run private compliance logic inside a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), proving to auditors that policies are enforced without exposing sensitive business data on-chain
Lead complex negotiations, navigating longer procurement cycles and detailed security reviews
Act as the trusted partner for these large accounts, driving adoption across multiple business units
Qualification
Required
7+ years in sales or BD selling infrastructure to Banks, Fintechs, or Enterprise Financial Institutions
You speak the language of banking
You understand SOC2, ISO standards, and the rigorous demands of a bank's vendor risk assessment
Patience & Persistence: You are experienced in managing 6-12 month sales cycles with complex stakeholder maps (Legal, InfoSec, Product)
Technical Fluency: You can discuss security, but you are equally fluent in compliance controls, disaster recovery, and auditability
Closer Mentality: You know how to drive a complex deal to a signature
