Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track top-level business KPIs as well as performance of specific growth initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Tech, CommOps, Operations) to translate business questions into analytical projects
Develop, test, and maintain models (e.g., regression models) to estimate white space penetration among SMB, growth potential from cross-channel motions, etc
Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and scalability using SQL and cloud tools
Analyze trends, identify growth opportunities, and present actionable insights to stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g. BI Analyst, Strategy & Planning Associate or Operations Manager supporting analytical projects)
Strong proficiency in SQL
Bachelor Degree
Preferred
Experience deploying and operationalizing ML models: Including model monitoring, performance tuning, and integration into business workflows
Expertise in techniques like multivariate regression, time series analysis, and A/B testing to drive data-backed strategy
Proficiency with Python
Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards and reports: Support cross-functional stakeholders with clear, actionable insights through Tableau or Looker
Ability to translate complex analytical findings into strategic recommendations, especially in sales performance and market share contexts
Bonus points for candidates with prior experience in B2B environment, especially those with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses
