Responsibilities
Process cases through CMS and client portals by entering, reviewing, and verifying eligibility and case information
Prepare, enter, track, and maintain high‑volume data with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness
Retrieve medical records from external client portals and upload documentation into internal databases
Review medical records to ensure all required information is present, complete, and properly documented
Assign completed medical records to reviewers for evaluation of treatments or diagnoses to support insurance approval or denial decisions
Respond promptly and professionally to client email inquiries regarding case status, reports, and general questions
Communicate daily with QA teams to monitor report progress and resolve pending issues
Coordinate with physicians and clinical providers to assign cases and update system records accordingly
Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, CMS requirements, and internal quality and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Data entry and data tracking
Strong computer literacy
Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
CMS portals
Salesforce CRM and W365 Edge
Medical records handling and basic medical terminology
Customer service and administrative support
Reliable internet connection and private workspace
High school diploma required
Strong attention to detail and document review skills
Dependable, organized, and deadline‑focused
Preferred
Prior experience reviewing contracts or compliance documentation is a strong plus
