Responsibilities
Establish and lead Nebula Finance SA’s global project management and program governance framework
Define standards, methodologies, and controls for consistent, high-quality project execution
Ensure alignment between strategic priorities and enterprise project portfolios
Oversee delivery discipline across technology, product, client, and operational initiatives
Lead execution of high-impact, cross-functional programs spanning platforms, products, and markets
Manage interdependencies across teams to ensure coordinated delivery and risk mitigation
Provide executive oversight for mission-critical initiatives and transformation programs
Ensure transparency through structured reporting, milestones, and executive dashboards
Partner with Technology, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Client teams to ensure seamless execution
Translate business strategy into executable roadmaps and delivery plans
Facilitate communication and coordination across global teams and stakeholders
Resolve execution bottlenecks and improve organizational delivery velocity
Integrate risk awareness and regulatory considerations into project governance frameworks
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk functions to ensure controlled execution in regulated environments
Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks across programs and geographies
Promote disciplined decision-making supported by data and governance standards
Oversee the enterprise project portfolio, prioritization, and resource allocation
Implement KPIs and performance metrics to track delivery effectiveness and value realization
Continuously improve project methodologies, tools, and reporting mechanisms
Drive operational efficiency through process optimization and best practices
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global project management organization
Develop project management capabilities, talent pipelines, and leadership succession
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence
Champion Nebula Finance SA’s values of discipline, innovation, and transparency
Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive experience in project management, program leadership, or operational execution within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven organizations
Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in complex, regulated environments
Strong understanding of fintech platforms, financial market infrastructure, and technology delivery lifecycles
Experience working with executive leadership, global teams, and institutional stakeholders
Exceptional organizational, analytical, communication, and execution capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field required
Preferred
PMP, MBA, or advanced degree preferred
