The ideal candidate will assist in estimating costs for HVAC and sheet metal projects, contributing to project management and execution, ensuring accurate project bids, and maintaining quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing accurate estimates for HVAC and sheet metal projects
Review project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements
Gather and analyze data related to project costs and labor
Collaborate with project managers and senior estimators to develop comprehensive bids
Perform quantity take-offs and calculations to support estimates
Maintain organized records of estimates and related documentation
Stay updated with industry trends and cost factors relevant to HVAC and sheet metal
Qualification
Required
Previous experience or internships in estimating, particularly in HVAC or sheet metal projects
Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles related to estimating
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
