They are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to support post-contract activities, including engineering submittal preparation and system start-up, while also managing design and fabrication tasks.

Responsibilities
Create and/or review engineering drawings and sub-vendor documentation for use in fulfilling customer Purchase Orders
Integrate these drawings and other documentation into producing Engineering Submittals and Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manuals
Review completed project submittal and IOM packages for accuracy and consistency
Implement systems to streamline repetitive tasks and elevate and maintain a consistent, high-quality, highly productive workflow
Interface with consulting engineers, contractors, and outside vendors
Assist with the setup and testing of new equipment
Assist in analyzing and reporting of the testing results
Assist with organizing, controlling and packaging inventory components for shipment to our global manufacturing partners
Qualification
Required
Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering plus equivalent years of experience is required
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience reading engineering plans and specifications
High level of software proficiency including MS Excel, Word, etc
Must possess a working knowledge of AutoCAD
High attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
Knowledge of wastewater treatment preferred
Knowledge of fluid dynamics
An understanding of centrifugal pumps and air blower packages is preferred
