Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
Perform routine maintenance services and complex mechanical repairs
Utilize diagnostic tools and manufacturer service information
Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle needs and repair recommendations
Stay current with evolving automotive technology and service procedures
Work collaboratively with fellow technicians to meet productivity and quality standards
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of main shop automotive technician experience required
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude
A positive, can-do approach and passion for the automotive industry
Preferred
ASE certifications and factory training are a plus
