In this role, you will handle inbound calls related to storage facilities and campgrounds, providing service-focused support to existing customers and engaging in sales-focused conversations with potential guests.

Responsibilities

Conduct virtual one-on-one interactions with existing and potential customers, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and courtesy
Use strong customer service and phone skills to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide valuable information
Be sales-focused, self-motivated, reliable, persistent, passionate, and enthusiastic, ensuring that every interaction drives the customer experience
Pay attention to accuracy and detail, consistently meeting and exceeding performance expectations
Multitask effectively, managing deadlines to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
Leverage a background in sales, preferably phone sales, to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Handle sensitive and confidential customer information with the utmost care and discretion
Utilize strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a high-level output that aligns with company goals
Demonstrate dependability, follow instructions diligently, and take full responsibility for your actions
Apply critical thinking skills to manage challenging customer situations, responding promptly to their needs and actively seeking feedback for service improvement
Be ready to tackle any tasks deemed necessary by management, showing flexibility and adaptability
Provide precise, clear, timely, and effective communication regarding our properties, services, and processes
Ensure accurate and prompt responses to customer emails or voicemails left for the team
Generate daily revenue reports using Excel to help the company make informed decisions
Uphold and enhance quality results by adhering to company standards and guidelines
Maintain communication equipment by reporting any issues promptly, whether related to calls, phone equipment, headsets, printers, or other relevant technology

Required

2 or more years of experience in sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
High School Diploma or Equivalent
