Mid Levelho2systems is seeking a Business Analyst to support their Compliance and Quality Control Division's Solicitation Review System re-write project. The BA will partner with business owners to analyze complex processes, document requirements, and ensure effective communication with technical teams.

Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and schedule all requirements-gathering meetings with stakeholders
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for the existing Solicitation Review System
Ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and communicated effectively to technical teams
Conduct gap analysis comparing current system functionality to desired future capabilities
Assess workflows, business rules, compliance needs, and Power BI reporting requirements
Identify missing functionality and opportunities for process improvements
Work closely with the Senior Systems Advisor to track requirements development and implementation
Test new and existing system features to confirm alignment with documented requirements
Maintain, update, and version-control requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Provide weekly progress updates to the Director of Contract Compliance Unit
Communicate risks, issues, and overall project status clearly and promptly
Qualification
Required
Experience in business analysis support for complex projects
Ability to lead, coordinate, and schedule requirements-gathering meetings with stakeholders
Proficiency in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Experience in conducting gap analysis comparing current system functionality to desired future capabilities
Ability to assess workflows, business rules, compliance needs, and Power BI reporting requirements
Experience in identifying missing functionality and opportunities for process improvements
Ability to work closely with senior advisors to track requirements development and implementation
Experience in testing new and existing system features to confirm alignment with documented requirements
Ability to maintain, update, and version-control requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Strong communication skills to provide weekly progress updates and communicate risks, issues, and overall project status
