Responsibilities
Analyze and integrate external customer specifications
Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture
Build new products and development tools
Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans
Review integration and regression test plans created by QA
Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality
Develop scalable, cloud-based applications and AI driven Workflows using Gen AI, RAG, Vector DB, JavaScript, Java, REST services
Collaborate with product managers and architects to design and deliver innovative new features
Work alongside a talented team of engineers tackling new opportunities and challenges
Proactively engage in DevOps by providing Engineering Support to ensure customers are successful in rolling out the solutions
Qualification
Required
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications
Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications
Develop scalable, cloud-based applications and AI driven Workflows using Gen AI, RAG, Vector DB, JavaScript, Java, REST services
Collaborate with product managers and architects to design and deliver innovative new features
Work alongside a talented team of engineers tackling new opportunities and challenges
Proactively engage in DevOps by providing Engineering Support to ensure customers are successful in rolling out the solutions
Experience developing AI Agent: Excellent understanding of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and experience in design and development of AI-driven workflow automation
Design & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to design complex solutions and analyze technical requirements to drive innovation
Programming Expertise: Proficiency in one or more areas like, Java, J2EE, SQL, JavaScript (any framework), and database programming
REST Services: Advanced skills in developing and utilizing RESTful web services for seamless integrations
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly
Collaboration: A strong team player, capable of working closely with global engineering, product management, and support teams to achieve project goals
Agile & DevOps: Well-versed in Agile development methodologies, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices for efficient, scalable delivery
Self-Motivated & Passionate: A proactive, driven individual with a passion for technology and innovation
Experience with Enterprise Applications: Prior experience working with enterprise applications or workforce management solutions is a plus

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
