In this role, you will drive insights that inform strategy, focusing on Player Care and collaborating closely with the Player Care team to analyze support interactions and enhance player support experiences.

Responsibilities
Partner with Player Care team and data engineering to turn Player Care data into actionable insights
Identify key learnings from analysis and synthesize them into recommendations for stakeholders
Work collaboratively with other data scientists to incorporate support findings into relevant major analyses
Conduct data analysis for stakeholder groups across Marketing and Consumer Products
Be self-driven and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or dirty data
Maintain dashboards in PowerBI that enable stakeholders to understand the business
Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience in data analytics
5 years of experience with SQL, bonus if familiar with SparkSQL, Databricks, or Azure Data Explorer
2 years of experience with dashboarding tools, PowerBI preferred
Proficient in Python, bonus if familiar with PySpark
Able to work in a collaborative, diverse and fast-paced team
Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills and autonomy when faced with solving data problems
Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills
Interest in games, bonus if experience in gaming industry
Local to Seattle area
Preferred
Experience in gaming industry
Familiarity with PySpark
