USED CAR SALES DIRECTOR- CDJR

Hanania Automotive Group is searching for a driven Used Car Sales Director to help build, launch, and elevate the Used Car Department at our CDJR location. The role involves leading a sales team, managing vehicle pricing strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, motivate, and coach a high-performing used car sales team
Create a culture built on accountability, energy, and excellence
Drive pre-owned volume, gross profit, and inventory turns
Manage vehicle appraisals, trade-ins, and pricing strategies
Oversee reconditioning, merchandising, and lot presentation
Analyze market trends and use data to price competitively
Partner with leadership on advertising, digital retailing, and promotions
Conduct sales meetings, manage schedules, and support continuous team development
Ensure exceptional customer experience with every pre-owned transaction

Required

Extensive Sales Experience: 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the automotive dealership industry, with a focus on used vehicle sales
Management Experience: 1-2 years of management experience preferred, highlighting your capability to lead and develop a successful sales team
Specialized Expertise: Proven track record in used vehicle sales management, demonstrating a deep understanding of the market and sales strategies
Customer Satisfaction: Experience in maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), reflecting your dedication to exceptional service
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office applications, computer software, and internet tools, facilitating effective management and communication
Passionate about Automotive Sales: Genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)

Preferred

Management Experience: 1-2 years of management experience preferred, highlighting your capability to lead and develop a successful sales team
